“Large-scale migration into Britain during the Middle to Late Bronze Age”

Kadir Toykan Özdoğan (UU) and Lisette Kootker contributed to a large scale study on migrations into Bronze Age Britain. Ancient DNA shows that people in the Bronze Age, between 1300-800 BC, migrated on a larger scale from the European continent to southern Britain than has been assumed so far.
